With Service Support Manager 5.3, the Knowledge Management app has been enhanced with the ability to attach both public and private attachments to an article. If you upgraded SSM and retained your existing Knowledge Management app, you can use the steps in the attached document to manually add the Public Attachments field so that users can access public attachments on an article.
