On RedHat 7.3 using the Adwaita theme, the DA agent installer page disappears when installing an agent

Description
If you are using the RedHat 7.3 with the Adwaita theme and try to install the Deployment Automation agent, the installer page disappears and you cannot complete the installation. This is due to the fact that the Adwaita theme is missing some objects used by installer. This works fine with other themes, such as Oxygen.
Resolution
To change the theme, do the following:
1. Run the following console command:
yum -y install oxygen-gtk.noarch oxygen-gtk2.x86_64 oxygen-gtk3.x86_64
This will download the Oxygen theme.
2. Start the gnome tweak tool by running:
gnome-tweak-tool
The tweak tool window appears. (See attached)
3. The Appearance page contains GTK+ and Icons options that should be changed from default (Adwaita theme in this case) to Oxygen or another theme that has the objects needed by the installer.
