Description
This solution includes documentation and installation files for the ZMF 8.1.4.01 patch release. Please review the Readme file for a description of all updates and fixes as well as known issues before installing. Micro Focus considers the ChangeMan ZMF 8.1.4.01 patch release to be required maintenance for customers who are running ChangeMan ZMF 8.1.4.
If you have any trouble installing or have any questions about the patch, please contact Micro Focus.
Please Note: Customers using the ChangeMan ZMF Client Pack (ZDD and ZMF4ECL) to integrate with ChangeMan ZMF must upgrade to Client Pack V8.1.4 or later before installing ChangeMan ZMF 8.1.4 and/or the 8.1.4.01 patch release in their Server environment. No ChangeMan ZMF Client Pack 8.1.4.01 release is currently planned. However, the base ZMF Web Services that are used by ZMF4ECL have been updated for ZMF Server 8.1.4.01 compatibility and are supplied below.

The zmfws.war file contains the 8.1.4.01 version of the base ZMF Web Services. These should be deployed to your Web Application Server in the documented manner before or alongside the ZMF Server software upgrade. Any custom-written applications that have been created using the base ZMF Web Services should be re-built using the zmfwsbas.jar file which will be generated once this version of zmfws.war has been deployed.
The files above contain only those components which have changed since the GA delivery of ZMF 8.1.4 on September 29, 2017.
