Description
When using the mobile app with the "use web based forms" option, the contact card does not always display well and can cause scrolling issues.
Use Case 1: Cannot see all info on Contact Card
If the contact card opens too low on the form, the bottom of the card is cut off and you cannot see the rest of the details. The user wants to scroll down more to see the rest of the data, but the form does not scroll down. Depending on the design of the form, you can close the contact card, scroll down farther, then open the contact card. This will open the contact card a little higher and may allow the user to see the rest of the information.
Use Case 2: Switching between landscape and portrait prevents scrolling
As an example, the user is holding the phone in landscape mode and scrolls down to a user field. They click the user field to open the contact card. All of the contact card data is not visible, so the user flips the phone to portrait mode as an attempt to make the screen longer and see the rest of the data. After switching to portrait mode, the form appears to be stuck inside one of the expander boxes on the form. The contact card is not displayed and the user cannot scroll out of the expander box. The user must close the items to regain control.
