Description
When using an Android, users can run a listing report, long click an item, and download it for offline updates.
When using an iOS, the user can run a listing report, but a long click gives the message: "Offline features are disabled when using web-based forms".
Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure you have the "Use web-based forms" setting enabled in the SBM app.
2) Run a listing report, press and hold an item (1-2 full seconds).
