Description

When an item is moved from priority 3 to priority 1 (for example), The second and third priority items are also shifted. The change in priority is reflected in the item that was moved, but it is not reflected in the other items.

Example: If the backlog started like this:
Priority 1 = Item 0001
Priority 2 = Item 0002
Priority 3 = Item 0003

Now, if the priority 3 item need a higher priority, it might be moved up to the top of the list. Now the list looks like this:
Priority 1 = Item 0003
Priority 2 = Item 0001
Priority 3 = Item 0002

If you open item 0003 and look at the Change History, you will see that the priority was changed from 3 to 1
If you open item 0001 (which moved from priority 1 to 2 as a result), and look at the Change History, you will not see any changes.
If you open item 0002 (which moved from priority 2 to 3 as a result), and look at the Change History, you will not see any changes.

Expected Result:
We expect that items 0001 and 0002 will also reflect this change in their Change History.
