Description

When some users send emails into SBM using Email Submit or as a notelogger reply to an email, the emails are saved in SBM as raw html code. With email submit, this means the Description field (which holds the incoming email) will display the raw html code instead of rendering the email. With notelogger, this means the note (which holds the incoming email) will display the raw html code instead of rendering the email.

When this happens, the server.log will have an error such as:
ERROR [ForkJoinPool-1-worker-0] [com.serena.core.util.html.Html:365] [::] -- Error while sanitizing html value:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 5255; columnNumber: 10; The character sequence "]]>" must not appear in content unless used to mark the end of a CDATA section.

Or:
2022-09-19 12:29:52,990 ERROR [ajp-nio-0.0.0.0-6009-exec-6] [com.serena.core.util.html.Html:365] [::] -- Error while sanitizing html value:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 30; columnNumber: 110; The processing instruction must begin with the name of the target.
