Description
Using the $CHANGES() will display the database stored field value*UTC) instead of the current user datetime locale settings.
If you compare the Workcenter UI item or any field added from the Fields section in the notification to the field value displayed in the $CHANGES() tag, the datetime will be different.
Example:
Workcenter UI field:
This only affects datetime fields and the database saved time is UTC-4 by default.
