Description
As this process app opens, Composer gives error:
Error:
Load attempt failed for design element. Type = Serena.Studio.PlugIns.TeamTrack.ObjectModel.TtScript,
ID = 50a8e0ce-78e0-49b9-ac1c-58f66853248eVersion = 1 XmlException: '.',
hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. Line 23, position 10.
Also, most elements appear to be locked, although nothing should be locked.
Resolution
Process apps are stored in an XML format. This error is because some NULL values were saved incorrectly, making the XML invalid. Open a case with the technical support team for help to fix the process app.
