As this process app opens, Composer gives error:

Error:

Load attempt failed for design element. Type = Serena.Studio.PlugIns.TeamTrack.ObjectModel.TtScript,

ID = 50a8e0ce-78e0-49b9-ac1c-58f66853248eVersion = 1 XmlException: '.',

hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. Line 23, position 10.

Also, most elements appear to be locked, although nothing should be locked.

Process apps are stored as XML format. This error is showing that some NULL values were saved incorrectly and are invalid XML.

Open a case with the technical support team for help to fix the process app.
