Description
A dependency between two single relational fields has a default of "(None)" on the dependency on the workflow level. When the independent field is set to a default value in the project in the Application Administrator and the dependent field is set to a default value on the submit transition on the project in the Application Administrator, that dependent field does not get set to that default value even though the value is a valid selection for the field because dependency default takes precedence.
