Description
Performing a development deploy of a process app in Composer gets an error of "The destination environment doesn't allow deploying of development content" when adding or editing the URL of a REST data source. The endpoint for the REST data source gets added to the environment even though the error is received. This also changes the Composer Deploy setting from "Enabled with Development" to "Enabled" for that environment in the Application Repository. Changing that setting back to "Enabled with Development" and performing another development deploy will work successfully.
