Description

When logging to SBM with an EVAL license get the error:

Licensing failure. No licenses are available. Please contact your administrator or try again later.

Event log:
Error occurred in file:
'AppDB.cpp', line 7849.
Resource Msg Id = IDS_ERR_LICENSES_EXCEEDED

       Error:  No license for Regular User

Resolution

Worked Around as follows:
1. Open System Administrator
2. Go to options->licence options;
3. Click ok and restart IIS.
You should then be able to login using the EVAL server.
