Description
If a user right-clicks a package component, selects the 'Promote' option from the dropdown menu and progresses through the dialog the following behaviour has been noted:
a) the capitalisation is different on the 'Full promotion' and 'Selective Promotion' radio buttons.
b) regardless of the option selected, the 'Package Promote' window is always incorrectly re-displayed after the CMN3281I message is issued and the promotion job submitted. The user must cancel the second display to escape the dialog.
