Description
After installing Microsoft Windows patch KB3172605 on a client PC, attempts to access Tomcat via HTTPS (ports 8443/8444) using Internet Explorer will result the error:
This page can’t be displayed

Make sure the web address https://ServerName:8443 is correct.

Look for the page with your search engine.

Refresh the page in a few minutes.
This can affect PVCS VM I-Net, Dimensions CM and SDA. To solve this issue, please follow the instructions from KB doc S139650.
