A problem has been discovered in StarTool FDM 7.8.0.03 with the way in which StarBat processes the output buffer with the MOVE subparameter. 
The resulting output may contain data that should not exist. 

Due to the nature of this problem, Serena recommends that you delay your production implementation of FDM 7.8.0.03 until a fix is available.
