ZMF4ECL v8.2.5 not showing *Relink* annotation

In ZMF 4ECL v8.2.3 when a component is relinked in ZMF , it would display as follows: ABC.LOD - (Active) - (*Relink*) In ZMF4ECL 8.2.5 it is no longer displaying the *Relink*:

Problem recreated running ZMF 4ECL 8.2.5 HF 7 Build 573 running against a ZMF 8.2 Patch 5 Server. The problem does not affect new dataset members created under the z/OS Data Sets folder running the same ZMF4ECL build.

The Auto – Allocate personal library feature in ZMF 4ECL checkout processing fails in the 8.2 Patch 5 version of the client. When the user has no trace options enabled they receive the following pop up message:
