If attachments are held in the database and you purge items from an archive then the entries in TS_RESOURCES and TS_BLOBS are not removed. The TS_ATTACHMENTS entries are removed fine.

If you have contractors or other users with access to SBM, you may want to restrict their access to only specific records. If these records are in a separate project, you can give them permissions to only that project. However, if the records are stored in the same project as records that they should not be able to see, you can use the "View Item if Contact's Company" permission to control visibility.

The similar Project Bridge issue was Carriage Return and Line Feed in a fixed length text field, which the browser doesn't allow but the API (and I assume the Web Services also) accepts and will store them into the database. To fix this, the user must remove the CR and LF before providing the data to the API or Web Service
