After installing and configuring the client web tool, getting this error in attach when trying to do a get of an item from web client. %DM_ROOT%\common\Tomcat\8.0\webapps\dimensions\WEB-INF\web.xml file has been configured as follow : +++

In reviewing the dmweb SDP log file , review the servername that we are connecting to. In some cases, the server name may be 'shortened' rather than include the fully qualified domain name as Dimensions is expecting. To fix this issue, add the following variable into the Dimensions CM Server's dm.cfg file:
CMS-XML DimCM: Web Tools: Error: Failed to connect to the server using a certificate or Failed to start Dimensions server process
To debug this issue, enabling SDP Tracing in the Web Tools dmweb.cfg as per Knowledgebase Solution S142331 . Reproduce the error and provide the log file from the newly created directory for additional review.

c. Now, open the dmweb.cfg file and uncomment the following line:
CMS-XML KM-Dim9: ./install_dim912.sh: line 965: /serena/changeman/dimensions/9.1//jre/bin/java: No such file or directory
This occurs because the installation being patched was not a web tools install, (e.g a listener install or a library server or tertiary node). The errors can be ignored.
