If you have contractors or other users with access to SBM, you may want to restrict their access to only specific records. If these records are in a separate project, you can give them permissions to only that project. However, if the records are stored in the same project as records that they should not be able to see , you can use the " View Item if Contact's Company" permission to control visibility.

CMS-XML Relational field displays a confusing value of 'Contact-1000 (deleted)'
For example: At TT admin interface, Options|Settings| Display tab, set Searchable Field Value to 2. At browser interface, when you submit a new item , when click the Find button beside the relational field, get the message saying "more than 2 matches" , click OK, you will see that ' Contact -1000(deleted)' displayed .
