Additionally, files in the Revision path directory should be completely inaccessible to end-users, but files in the Project path are exposed to users of Version Manager clients with the ability to run Import Archives (via the Add or Remove Versioned Files privilege). If the Revision path is a subdirectory of the Project path, it too would become accessible.
KM-Dim9: If the item is rejected based on just one of the change docs then ideally you should unrelate the other ones from it and relate them to the new revision which would be back on the normal lifecycle path .
