VM 8.5.0 and newer:
CMS-XML Dim CM 2009 R2: UNIX - Web Client allows files to be renamed to contain double quotes
Using the Web Client you can rename an item filename so that it includes a double quote. This then causes problems performing a Get of the item, resulting in the following error: -

have attached a copy here. If you use it, you will want to rename it from to before moving to your VMS system.
CMS-XML About: MFC42.DLL installed with VM 6.5 may conflict with same-name file in system directory.
If conflicts occur: rename the MFC42.DLL included in the VM 6.5 installation directory: ..\pvcs\vm\win32\bin
