Users have been able to login using SSO/CAC until recently. When viewing the SSL certificate on the user's CAC card, it is evident that the certificate is signed by a Certificate Authority different than the Certificate Authority that signed other user's certificates. These other users are able to log in.

When trying to use a Common Access Card (a.k.a. CAC or Smart Card), the following error is shown:
