CMS-XML Unable to see folders in contributor view when trying to add a new file.
When a user is in the Contributor view in Collage and selects the assistant to create a 'new file ' and pick the folder link to choose which folder the file should be located, some folders or subfolders don't appear in the list. The same folder will show up fine in classic view under Content | Deploy Folder view.

CMS-XML Unable to re-use the Add File attachment window more than once if kept open
When a user goes to attach a file (via Add File from Actions menu), they can browse for a file , select it, and attach it like normal. However, if they choose to keep the window open by un-checking "On success, automatically close this window", they find they cannot reuse the window after the first attachment is completed as the "Browse" button is grayed out and un-clickable. This was possible in prior versions.
