When the "Allow Translation for MLS Runtime Objects and Design Objects" setting is enabled in the Localization section of Application Administrator, a report added to the favorite folder will not pick up a name change when the name of the report is changed. Also, a notification name change does not get picked up by notification emails when this setting is enabled.
