CMS-XML Tracker 7.5.00 with Sybase 12.5 - Tracker Admin will shut down unexpectedly if invalid information is entered in the DBMS User or Administrator field, and the Verify User or Verify Admin button is clicked.
Enter valid information in the fields, or use the Test Connect feature in the ODBC driver to verify user information. When valid information is entered in these fields (i.e. the user exists in Sybase and the password is correct) and the Verify User or Verify Admin button is clicked, Tracker Admin will connect successfully to Sybase and report back the standard message " Tracker was able to connect to the server using the DBMS user/administrator information entered."

Most likely they have defined the database location incorrectly. You can get the DBMS Location from Tracker administrator server definition wizard. Cut and past it into the web configurator exactly as it is shown.
