When you promote the SSM 5.01 snapshots you will get the customised dashboards for SSM in the Serena WorkCenter. Until this is done just the application group appears in WorkCenter

You will probably have to edit multiple forms but for this example we will use the IM - Base Active State Form in the SSM Service Desk application. From the image below you can edit the state form and when you click on the Transition button placeholders then click on the Behavior tab in the properties you will see the mappings for this button.
