This issue may occur on SBM 10.1.5 and SSM 5.2 after upgrading from SSM 5.1. As a consequence of this issue one cannot see any services when logging on to the SRP shell. When trying to load the Request Center page the following error is displayed : " Error getting catalog: Not Found".
If you install SBM then Soo and promote the solutions without going to workcenter then get SRC errors - Error Getting Catalog : No service Catalogs found.
