Starting with version 3.4 Pacific Edge Software introduced the AutoUpdates feature to simplify the distribution of hot fixes and update to the Project Office Windowclient. AutoUpdates creates a folder called "AutoUpdates" inside the Project Office folder in the shared Project Office Client Install Point folder used to install the Project Office Windows client from (see page 34 of the install guide for information on this folder).
If a request being used to revise the baseline references an item that no longer exists in the project (has been deleted ) then you will receive this message. So a simpler scenario to get the error would be: 1. Deliver a new file using request CR_1.
The workaround is to delete all information between the #UPDATE# and #ENDUPDATE# comments before running ScanDeps, or to put the ScanDeps output into a file, which is included in the build script and deleted before running ScanDeps. This may be fixed in more recent versions.
