CMS-XML Checkboxes in Binary Fields are not restored when the saved Submit Forms are accessed from Favorites.
When you have two Binary fields set to use check boxes, and when you save the Submit Form to your Favorites with both check boxes checked. Accessing the saved Submit Form from Favorites will only show one check box as being checked.
