Configurator removes the "custom HTTP header " or "remoteuserheader" setting from the web.xml whenever the authentication is changed (even with the "override authentication settings for this server " checked) away from the external identity provider with SSO. This may happen when trying to call into a TeamTrack system where, in the TeamTrack Administrator, the Authentication Method of "Accept info from Form/URL/Cookie", is checked and the outside application is attempting to send the authentication in the Browser/ Header information. Using 3rd party tools such as WireShark, you may determine that you are receiveing an HTTP 302 response.
