No, Dimensions 9.1.3 does not include any updates to the Oracle Runtime .
CMS-XML SBM Configurator cannot connect to Oracle if there are no advanced security settings
This problem only occurs when using Oracle which is a part of Dimensions install. This is fixed in SBM 10.1.5. For SBM
connection no longer requires the “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” option to be selected in Internet Explorer browsers.
