You may want to hide certain portions of the header section in an SBM State form. These may include the navigation links, project name and item id, the transition buttons or the actions drop down or a combination of them. The following doc talks about how to accomplish this.
Remove the Submit permission for this project . Only users with Submit permissions will see the project. This also allows you to control which users see which projects, independently from each other.
Users who are setup as a "Managed Administrator" will only see projects and groups to which they have been explicitly granted permissions to see. All other projects and groups will be hidden from them. Global administrators (those who will administer the entire application, all projects and all groups) should be given an Access Type of "Regular User".
