This is typically caused by backend processes being used to populate the SBM data and may well occur after upgrade because of schema changes and new fields not being initialised correctly. When customisations like this are used it is th responisbility of the customer to test these pre-upgrade and make any additionally changes to ensure the integrity of the database.
