Deploys are failing with result=12 in the import log and errors in the Event Viewer C:/Program Files/Serena/SBM/Application Engine/bin/design/a5cc553c-f6f4-4fb6-9316-e5acfbf319f0/c2ee0d3e-c3e8-4349-bbc8-daa15913ebd9.xml contains an incorrect path.

If you run out of space on the file system for the Application Engine then the deploy will fail as there is not enough room for the temporay files. You will get errors in the import log similar to below:

Application Engine database log contains "ORA-00904: "DBMS_CRYPTO"."HASH": invalid identifier" message

To work around this problem, edit the following 2 files: On the Application Engine server, edit [INSTALLDIR]\ Application Engine \alfssojavabridge\alfssogatekeeper\conf\ log 4j.properties On the SSO server, edit [INSTALLDIR]\\Common\Tomcat 7.0\server\default\webapps\idp\WEB-INF\conf\log4j.properties

The following error is being recorded in the Application Even Log each time a GSOAP call is made:

Under normal circumstances, this is unnecessary, however, certain advanced SBM and/or network configurations require that you manually hardcode the callback URL. To set the callback URL:

Backup and then edit file C:\Program Files\Serena\ SBM \ApplicationEngine\alfssojavabridge\javabridge_config.xml Increase <MaxHeapSize>128m</MaxHeapSize> to< MaxHeapSize>256m</MaxHeapSize>
