After a role was given permissions to viewsystem fields by mistake, we can remove this privilege in Composer and deploy to staging. The change is correctly deployed to staging, but the change does not promote into production.

This happens even though request is in user's Inbox, and user's role is assigned to transition from current stage to next stage in Global Stage Lifecycle. Privileges to Promote and Deploy a request are assigned correctly as well.

if you want to keep new user roles that you added to an application, select the Merge conflicts check box to preserve them in the target environment after the promotion . If Merge conflicts is not selected, the existing entities will be deleted in the target environment.
