The above error occurs because the userid logged into the workstation/server running the above command is not an authorized user of Dimensions. The options available are to log into the workstation/server as a user who has permissions and/or add your userid to Dimensions. This userid also needs to have a role of Product Manager and be in the Admin group (or similar) in order to perform the migration .
On the Groups and Users Options screen, select from the following options: Migrate VM groups to DM roles to migrate Version Manager groups to Dimensions roles Migrate VM users to migrate Version Manager users to Dimensions users
