Release Automation REST Grid shows loading image but never finishes

Rest Grid does not work if Process App is redeployed after upgrade to 10.1.4+ - it shows empty lines - connecting to Composer give "500 internal error"

After upgrade to 10.1.4+ the Rest Grid continues to work until it is upgraded. However if the Process App is redeployed and the Rest Grid is configured from non-repeating data, then the correct number of lines are shown but there is no data.
