Changing field permission for Managed Administrator doesn't display Grant Admin Privleges section correctly.
This problem affects the Admin Portal when you're trying to grant admin permission to fields for a Managed Administrator account . The problem is there isn't a scroll bar on the right side that allows you to see the grant admin priv section when the screen resolution is 1024 x 768 or there are a lot of projects listed on the screen. Problem is you try to give your managed admin user all the permissions possible to edit fields but you don't even know there are options available to you because they don't show on the screen by default.

Often the PVCS administrator will create a promotion model based upon the theory that the model should be based upon the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
A simple and seemingly elegant solution. What is not taken into account is that there will always be problems after production, meaning that there will be errors of varying degrees that need to be fixed on this release, and incorporated either into a patch or in the next release.
