we do not allow to create cyclic references like that in builder UI. In other words we cannot build something which says that in order to build target A we need to have target A. But It is possible to do this using the Copy target in build to create cyclical references
When doing a Copy Cat install, the Quick Start reference alludes to a selection screen for Custom or Copy Cat workstation setup. If the ISLVCCAT.DAT file is present in the directory with the setup program, the copy cat install will be done and there will be no selection screen displayed.

The user has DeleteWork in the configuration file. The order of a PUT command is the following: Put, make Reference Copy , then DeleteWork, so by specifying the Working Directory & the reference directory to be the same the Reference copy gets deleted with the DeleteWork Directive.
If there is a report with a reference name and you try to copy it by using the "save as" feature, then if you don't have privileges to put in a reference name then you get an error " Reference Name is not unique within the table for this report".
