It is possible to redirect an alias url to an SBM url. There are various ways of accomplishing this. While not generally supported, we have gathered this information as a way to get started.

How to redirect to the standard SBM url http://servername/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?

Response. Redirect ("/ ... ... you wish to redirect to the Work ... of the classic Workspace shell, simply ... with " workcenter ". ... you wish to redirect to the Work ... of the classic Workspace shell, simply ... with workcenter . The redirect should now work ... second before it redirects . This will remove the default IIS splash start graphic from loading, but it will still flash a blank blue page before redirecting . ... After completing these modifications, perform an IISRESET and the redirect should now work seamlessly.

JSON API URL does not point to WorkCenter

There is no way to get the JSON API to create a URL for WorkCenter. However, this URL gets auto- redirected to WorkCenter post 11.5.
