CMS-XML How could I schedule a full re-index for the Work Center search engine.
If you wanted to manually start a re - index for the Work Center search engine you would open Configurator, click on the Common Services tab and click Re - Index . If you wanted to schedule this to be done maybe during off hours take a look at the steps below.

If any item is submitted before re - index is started but saved in DB as submit change action after re - index process is finished(save delay can be due to some performance issues) then this change action(item) will not be indexed since it's date is before last index time.

The message refers to a SQL server communication error. Possible problems may be that the SQL service has not yet started or the vcs server is depending on other services to be already started . The database could also be on another machine which has not been re-started.
