Single Sign On means many things to many people. Serena has a Single Sign On server that is designed to ensure that the user is only presented with one login screen once for the first Serena product accessed and is automatically logged in to every other Serena
The RQM REST services do not authenticate successfully through SSO . The work around is to use a service account which is known to both SBM and Dimensions RM so the user will be authenticated by Dimensions RM and not through SSO.
When atempting to use the Log Out button in the Web Client or Admin Console with SSO CAC enabled, the Logout button will log you out but you are then logged right back in. It should be noted that this will generally occur if you are using IIS with Tomcat and Dimensions CM with SSO CAC enabled.
