CMS-XML Problem: DEV 2000 interface hangs on check out with lock
This can happen when DEV 2000 is reading a VM configuration file that has multi development level promotion groups. When Checking out with lock it needs to associate the locked revision with a development promo group. In VM standalone the program prompts you for the development level promotion group you wish to associate the revision with but within the DEV 2000 interface there is no such prompt .
