By default, Pulse uses a user in the database with a name of pulse and the default password is pulse. In some cases, you may need to change the password to adhere to your security restrictions.
The above error can occur if the Pulse user did not get created during the install process. To verify the reason of why the user did not get created, review the Create_ database .log file which is located in the C:\Users\<user who installed Dimensions CM>\AppData\Local\Temp\InstallTemp directory.
