When creating a baseline using the “Part Levels” option with the “From Top to Level” indicator set to 1 (in the PC Client), the resulting baseline is populated with items from ALL design part levels, not just items from design part level 1 as I was expecting. This appears to be an error.

Is it possible to restrict users from being able to view items, change documents (obejects in general), or products from within Dimensions? Some users need to have access to some of the information , but not to everything.
CMS-XML SBM: How to restrict users to only see items associated to their Company
If you have contractors or other users with access to SBM, you may want to restrict their access to only specific records. If these records are in a separate project, you can give them permissions to only that project. However, if the records are stored in the same project as records that they should not be able to see, you can use the "View Item if Contact's Company" permission to control visibility.
