When anonymous submit if you have a multi - select field then - when a user attempts to submit anonymously and selects multiple values in the multi - select field, they then move the values to the box on the right and click submit, no values actually submit and display on the item. The only way to get this to work is to move the values to the right box, then highlight the values in the right box and submit, the values then come through an display on the item.
