Work Center search does not allow filtering by specific user fields. If you have moved from the original SBM interface to Work Center you may see this as a loss of functionality from the abilities from Advanced Search in the SBM legacy User Workspace.

When a multi-group or multi-user field is dependent on another field and the dependency sets the multi-group or multi-user field to a default value, a pop up message of "Request failed. Please contact your administrator." is received and the default value is not moved to the right side box so the value is not actually selected. This occurs only in Work Center.
