CMS-XML Problem: #51722 SHARING VIOLATION WHEN OPERATING ON ARCHIVES.
During multiple check-ins of files, and in particular with the executable files, I was getting sharing violation messages. Problem was resulting from McAfee Anti-Virus Program running on the server for the workfiles and archive files called:

anti-virus software. This is what happens on my machine when starting VM from a local drive, with and without McAfee :

This issue was caused by McAfee anti-virus firewall blocking the ports used for ZMF4ECL notifications. A quick test to determine if this is your issue, is to turn off firewall protection on the affected PC, temporarily.

The problem appears to be caused by anti-virus software, specifically McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention. Apparently it can be set up to block synchronization operations. User encountering this issue should check anti-virus utility logs to see if Explorer Extensions operations are being blocked, and reconfigure anti-virus as needed.
