To increase logging in alm.log, follow these steps: Edit the file C:\Program Files\Common\tomcat\6.0\webapps\alm\WEB-INF\classes\log 4 j.properties Search and replace "ERROR" with "DEBUG".
The agent shows connected instead of online in the Serena Release Automation server. In the /serena/core/conf/agent/log 4 j.properties , enable the diagnostic with the following values.
(1) You will need to go through the Tomcat directory and search for files with log 4 j.properties in the name. Then for each of them check for the following lines and amend as needed (note - they may not all contain all of the below).
